Feedback in context. Right inside Pageflow

From draft to sign-off

Text edits, image choices or final checks: Pageflow’s new commenting feature keeps feedback and questions right in your story.

No more scattered feedback

“Which image do you mean?” “Has that change been made yet?” When feedback is scattered across emails, chats and separate documents, revisions often start with a search. What does each comment refer to—and is it still relevant?

With the new commenting feature, feedback stays attached to the relevant content in your Pageflow story. Add comments while working in the editor or reviewing the preview, so you can discuss both the content and how it works in the finished layout.

Our video follows a review round from both sides: one person leaves feedback, the other responds and revises the story.

Clear up questions, resolve discussions

Replies stay with the original comment in a single thread. Even when a commented passage is edited, its original wording is preserved as a quote—so the context behind a question remains clear.

Once a point is settled, mark the discussion as resolved. In the comment overview, you can focus on open topics, revisit resolved discussions and reopen them when needed. That makes it easy to see what still needs attention before sign-off.

Stay informed—on your terms

Not every update needs everyone’s attention. You choose which activity Pageflow notifies you about: everything in a story, discussions you’ve contributed to, or only topics you’ve chosen to watch.

You can also receive updates by email. Activities are grouped into summaries rather than triggering a separate message for every comment. Your discussions stay private: comments are visible only to people with access to the editor or preview. They never appear in the published story.

The commenting feature is now available on all plans. Start your next review round right in your story. For guidance on using comments and adjusting your settings, visit our Helpdesk guide.
